Back in 2007, at the height of the foreclosure crisis, Citibank CEO Chuck Prince told the Financial Times that, “As long as the music is playing, you’ve got to get up and dance. Prince continued, “we’re still dancing.”   It appears the Big Banks are still dancing- while the judiciary has turned into a giant electronic music festival sponsored by an unconcerned judiciary and impotent government agencies. Since 2007 nothing has changed- consumers are still being foreclosed on by banks who have no standing to do so- and the foreclosure epic continues unchecked.

The Big Short, a film written by Michael Lewis (Moneyball, The Blind Side, The Big Short), will be released on December 23rd, 2015 and will hopefully provide enough outrage that Americans take to the street in protest.     feel that ultra liberals will tell the truth about anything? brad pitt’s wife is a member
    of the CFR for example. brad pitt thinks hillary is a goddess to be worshipped.
    expecting the truth out of the film industry is lucicrous!

    • Roger – you are a bit cynical. While I think Hollywood’s first thought is the bottom line, they also have done a lot to educate. 99 Homes, Wolf of Wall Street, Inside Job are just a few examples. I’m looking forward to TBS because it was the first book I read that identified the delusional personalities that run our financial markets. After reading the book (which was entertaining) I came away with the thought of “why would anyone invest in a rigged system?” When I read Flash Boys i knew it was definitely time to cash out the stocks and mutual funds.
